Sailors please note info below from CBC

Sailors FYI - Just a quick update regarding ingress and egress of Christchurch Harbour via the navigation channel. We have completed mechanical enhancing operations on the channel crossing the bar, 300m off the tip of Mudeford Sandbank this morning. Unfortunately the channel green and red buoys cannot be re-positioned until Tuesday next week, therefore until then mariners will have two possible channels available to them. We have however deployed ten yellow warning buoys with a St Andrews cross a top, to demarcate the contractors dredging operation zone which will also come into effect from Tuesday.
