The Barts Bash charity and world record attempt will take place at sea on the 21st @10:30. The race will go ahead no matter how many boats we get but we need 25 on the water to enter for the world record. CSC will be running a Harbour Race on the same day. Both of these events are Open to other clubs. Please register on line @ http://www.bartsbash.co.uk/. We are looking for a minimum of £5 registration fee, this will go directly to the The Andrew Simpson Sailing Foundation. So far 7,431 sailors in 705 global venues have raised an amazing £51,653.67.
Calling all Juniors - Christchurch Sailing Club are running this event. Racing starts 12.30 Saturday and 13.30 Sunday come on down and see if we can win that Trophy back!

Highcliffe Sailing Club is located at the prime coastal location of Mudeford Quay allowing the club to offer sailing in the sheltered waters of Christchurch harbour and open water sailing in Christchurch Bay.
This makes it an ideal club for sailors of all abilities and aspirations. The club has a friendly and informal atmosphere.
It is predominantly a family club with members of all ages and from a wide variety of backgrounds. All members are expected to help with the running of the club, It's a good way to meet people and it's fun to be involved.

Junior Interclub Sat/Sun
Christchurch Sailing Club invite all our Junior Sailors under 18 to take part 12:30 start on Saturday and 13:30 start on Sunday. 2 races planned each day with a simple triangle course in the harbour. Race officer is Chris Arnell. Adults and children can also sail together in double-handers.
Chritchurch have held the Interclub Trophy for the last 5 years can we win it back this year????
Junior Sailing Club
Sailing School and Junior Sailing club start again this Saturday after a great summer break. There is a twist though! Junior Sailing is due to start at 2pm and Dominic will gladly run this, however you have a chance to represent Highcliffe Sailing Club this Saturday and Sunday with the Junior inter club racing.It would be good to see as many of you as possible out racing in this event. Please note that sailing school starts at 11.30 and the club pico’s are pre booked for this until 1.30pm. If one is available then you can use it, but be aware there may not be spare one!
If you do plan to race you will need to be ready and on the water before the start times ready to go.
Dominic will be at the club at 10.30 if you want to talk to him before the race on Saturday.

Currently we have 9 entries signed up on line. We hope to join forces with Christchurch to allow us to take part in the world record attempt.If you are a regular Sunday Sea Race Sailor sign up on line or if unable to sign up on line, let Stuart Booth know that you intend to sail.
