Highcliffe Sailing Club is located at the prime coastal location of Mudeford Quay allowing the club to offer sailing in the sheltered waters of Christchurch harbour and open water sailing in Christchurch Bay.
This makes it an ideal club for sailors of all abilities and aspirations. The club has a friendly and informal atmosphere.
It is predominantly a family club with members of all ages and from a wide variety of backgrounds. All members are expected to help with the running of the club, It's a good way to meet people and it's fun to be involved.

Cream of winter vegetable soup with chives, herb oil and crispy croutons
Roasted chicken and smoked ham terrine with leeks and fresh tarragon,
set with a spiced apple and fig chutney and baby leaves
Chilled galia melon with Greek yoghurt, fruit coulis, fresh berries and fruit sorbet
Fresh salmon and prawn mousse with smoked paprika mayonnaise, baby leaves and micro cress
Herb roasted chicken breast, stilton and port cream sauce and parsnip crisps
Wild forest mushroom and spinach risotto with truffle oil and tarragon,
finished with parmesan crisps and soft herbs
Grilled black bream fillet, steamed samphire grass and a smoked salmon,
tomato, lemon and chive butter
Rosemary and garlic roasted rump of lamb, creamed herb mash
and a redcurrant and mint glaze

Barts Bash 21st Sept
The Committee would like to thank all those who participated in this event. Thanks to Stuart Booth 'Lead Event Maker' for making it happen, Paul Walker as Race Officer and all those who volunteered to help as crew. We raised £265.00 towards the Andrew Simpson Sailing Foundation and enjyed some great racing out at sea.
