Dinner Dance 15th November - Lord Bute

Menu on social page and facebook. Menu order sheets and seating plan in club foyer. Numbers are limited this year so it will be first come first served with members having priority. Payment and Menu choices by 1 November latest.

Club Shop where you can find details of customised club clothing and other items. Or go to 'Club' Tab and pick 'Club Shop' from drop down list.

HSC 53rd Annual Dinner Dance & Prizegiving - Saturday 15th November
Lord Bute Hotel, Highcliffe

MENU
Cream of winter vegetable soup with chives, herb oil and crispy croutons
Roasted chicken and smoked ham terrine with leeks and fresh tarragon, set with a spiced apple and fig chutney and baby leaves
Chilled galia melon with Greek yoghurt, fruit coulis, fresh berries and fruit sorbet
Fresh salmon and prawn mousse with smoked paprika mayonnaise, baby leaves and micro cress ****

Herb roasted chicken breast, stilton and port cream sauce and parsnip crisps
Wild forest mushroom and spinach risotto with truffle oil and tarragon, finished with parmesan crisps and soft herbs
Grilled black bream fillet, steamed samphire grass and a smoked salmon, tomato, lemon and chive butter
Rosemary and garlic roasted rump of lamb, creamed herb mash and a redcurrant and mint glaze
Twice cooked belly of Dorset reared pork, smoked garlic and herb mash, grilled black pudding and red wine sauce with wild mushrooms and crisp crackling *****

Roasted almond and honey crème brulee, crisp caramel crust and a shortbread biscuit
Stilton, cheddar and Somerset brie and water biscuits, celery and grapes
Belgian dark chocolate parfait, clotted cream and black cherry jelly
