Sailing School and Junior Sailing Club

Sailing School

Sailing School consists of 8 sessions from May through to October (break for August), meeting every other Saturday.

Juniors from 8 years old upwards will be taught the basics of sailing using the RYA Youth Scheme as the learning model. The aim is that by the end of the year your child will be able to safely set off from shore, sail a simple course and return to shore safely.

The costs for this course is 80, we have limited to spaces so please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment.

Junior Sailing Club

Junior Sailing Club runs from March to November and is for juniors we feel are ready to move on from the Sailing School or have RYA Youth levels 2 upwards.

The idea of this group is for the juniors to progress their skills using the RYA Youth Scheme levels 3, 4 and Seamanship Skills.

The cost for this is 1 per session and if you do not have your own boat you will need to pay for the hire of a Pico which is currently 5 per day.

Dates for Junior Sailing School and Junior Sailing Club are listed below.

If you would like to book your child onto a course or require any more information, please can you contact Dominic at
