Junior Training - learning to sail SAILING SCHOOL AND JUNIOR SAILING SESSIONS
Aged 10 to 18 and want to be part of the junior sailing scene at Highcliffe Sailing Club?
We will be running a club for the juniors every other Saturday starting 19th October between 10am to 12noon.
If the weather and tides are good we will get out on the water, brushing up on sailing techniques or racing.
If we cannot get out we will spend time in the club house, spending an hour looking at sailing techniques, brushing up on sailing rules and other sailing orientated activities and then another hour relaxing with their junior friends.
Please contact Dom if you are interested or would like any more information. E-mail email@example.com or 07791 767116

To apply for a place at the sailing school for 2013 please can you send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details, child’s name, date of birth and previous sailing experience and or qualifications.
We will then send you the application form.
The format this year will be similar to previous years catering for children aged 8 and over, with group one catering for those with little or no experience.
This is great fun for the younger children and introduces them to the basics of sailing
Group two is aimed at developing sailing techniques and basic racing skills with the ultimate aim being to encourage the pupil in to joining in with harbour club racing
Whilst the school is not an RYA "recognised teaching establishment" we aim to provide a level of tuition not dissimilar to that used by RYA affiliated schools, we do rely on some parental support to the qualified instructors.
Participants must be club members and need to arrive with suitable sailing wear although buoyancy aids can be provided. Tuition is provided in club owned Laser Picos all of which are relatively new (three being brand new!).
Places are limited to a maximum of 14 per group and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Prices are £80 per child for the course.
