HARBOUR FLEET
The Harbour fleet is comprised of Monohulls from a variety of classes
Christchurch Harbour offers good sheltered water racing, although the busy tidal harbour can put up a fair few challenges in its own right at times
Club marks are circular with upper orange colouring and posts (yellow) sticking out of the top of them.
The Harbour fleet races on a Sunday morning approximately every other week when the tide allows. We aim for a 10:30 start but times can vary - see programme in yearbook or on this website under "Racing- Programme".
The Harbour fleet also races on midweek evenings from April through to September on days that tides allow. Again see the programme in the yearbook or on the website.
The sailing instructions specifically mention that verbal assistance to competitors is allowable from the race team and officials and is encouraged.
HSC welcome all the RS Aero Class sailors competing in the ICICLE OPEN races on 20th January as part of their RS Aero UK Winter Series,
