RYA NEED OUR HELP
Message from our Treasurer
"HSC along with some 150 other sailing clubs have signed up to the RYA Club Members' Satisfaction Survey and it goes live on 1st June. This is a web survey, sent by email and it intended to be easy to participate. While these issues are addressed at AGM, this survey will reach out to all members on email and individual family members over 17 years old and to members who did not renew last year (members with family email addresses should get more than one email). We, together with the RYA, want to understand how you feel so we can carry on doing what you like and improve on what you don't like.
The survey is being handled by TLF, a specialist agency paid for by the RYA. This means that it is independent, feedback is dealt with impartially and your anonymity is assured. All data will be treated according to the relevant rules and regulations by the club, the RYA and TLF. The email addresses will only be used for the purpose of the survey and will be destroyed once the survey is complete.
Please take part in the survey and feel confident that you can be honest. For further information follow the link to “How satisfied are your club members?” on the RYA website or contact Steve Waite on email@example.com."
